PRIVACY
 
Under no circumstances will LESLIEJANE sell or disclose any of your personal information to third parties. All information provided by you is to ensure your experience with LESLIEJANE is as best as possible and that information will only be used internally.


 
WE USE 'COOKIES'
 
We use ‘cookies’ to help us remember and process the items in your shopping cart. They are also used to help us gather general information and save and remember user preferences. This aids in your shopping experience with us. At any time you can delete saved cookies from your browsing history or set your computer to disable cookies. Unless you have adjusted your settings to refuse cookies, our system will use cookies when you are browsing and shopping on our website.
 


ORDER CONFIRMATION
 
You will receive an order summary once your order has been placed. This summarizes your order however it does not confirm it. LESLIEJANE has the right to cancel an order at any time. Order cancellations may occur but are not limited to: lack of stock to fulfill the order, suspicion of fraud, or any discrepancies on an item’s description or price. We will contact you if we are unable to fulfill your order based on any of the reasons listed above. If we are unable to fulfill any item(s) in your order we will refund you fully for the item(s).

WILL THIS FIT?
 
Our selection of brands comes from all across the world, many of which adhere to regional size charts and some their own unique sizing systems. We provide universal size charts integrated on each individual product page. These measurements are approximate, and therefore we also have additional notes suggesting whether to size up, down or wear your regular size. If you have any specific sizing questions please email us at sales@lesliejane.com or call us at our stores here.

PRICES 

While we work hard to keep prices displayed on lesliejane.com accurate there may be errors from time to time. If there is an inaccuracy in order pricing, we will contact you via email before shipping to correct the error. We reserve the right to cancel an order for any reason, including price inaccuracies.

 

TAXES
 
British Columbia residents are subject to PST and GST. Other Canadian provinces and territories are subject to GST. International clients are not subject to Canadian tax, however there may be applicable taxes, duties and other fees associated with importing into your country. We are not responsible for any importation costs associated with international orders, we suggest you inquire as to these rates before purchasing from LESLIEJANE.

 

 EXCHANGE RATES

All transactions including refunds and cancellations are processed in Canadian dollars. All currency conversion information provided on this site is for informational purposes only. The exchange rate that is used when making a purchase is determined by your credit card provider at the time of purchase. As exchange rates vary from day to day we cannot take responsibility for currency fluctuations or currency exchange fees on refunds or cancelled orders, whether cancelled by LESLIEJANE or the customer. As such, refunds made to international customers may differ slightly from the purchase amount. Any such variances may also be due to fees charged by credit card issuers and payment institutions. These factors are outside our control and we cannot be held responsible for such variances. We highly recommend checking with your card provider if you are unsure of their currency exchange policies and fees before purchasing from LESLIEJANE/lesliejane.com.

 

 PAYMENT
 
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or PayPal as methods of payment. All transactions are secure and encrypted and we never store your credit card information. You will receive a confirmation email notifying you that your order has been placed. If you have any questions please contact us by phone or via email at sales@lesliejane.com.
 
We allow our customers to view items in various currencies for convenience, however the amount you are charged may differ slightly depending on the payment provider's exchange rate. All orders are charged in Canadian Dollars. Occasionally, we may require additional information to verify your identity. In this case we will contact you by email or by telephone. We reserve the right to cancel an order for any reason.

 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

LESLIEJANE aims to ship out your order as quickly as possible. Purchased items will be shipped within 48 hours of the order, provided order is placed on a regular business day. Regional holidays may provide variances to this timeframe. We ship packages out Monday through Friday. If an item is backordered we will ship the product out when we receive it. For multiple items (with one being backordered) we will aim to ship the in-stock item as soon as possible, and the balance of backordered items upon receipt to our location. If you would prefer to have items grouped together please advise us of this after order confirmation to sales@lesliejane.com.


PRE-ORDERS

Purchase of items marked "Pre-order" is not a guarantee of delivery and may be cancelled due to factors outside of our control, such as production, logistical, or quality control issues. Delivery dates provided in pre-order item descriptions are estimates and subject to change. Pre-order items
are non-refundable and may be returned for exchange or store credit only.
 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

For items purchased within Canada we will gladly offer a refund, exchange or store credit on all regularly priced merchandise return posted to us within 7 days of receipt by you. If you would like to return please first send an email to sales@lesliejane.com indicating your order number, the item(s)
you wish to send back and whether you would like to return, exchange or a store credit. If we do not provide a return authorization, your parcel may be refused and will be returned to you, at your cost. Once the returned package is received the appropriate actions will take place depending on your request. As most merchandise is seasonal, please use a postage service that ensures the package will be received at LESLIEJANE no later than 7 days from post marked date, otherwise we reserve the right to refuse the returned merchandise. LESLIEJANE is not responsible for any return items lost in transit. All return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility including any unnecessary duties or custom fees that may be incurred on a
return. Merchandise must not have been worn or damaged and all tags must be attached and in original condition. INTERNATIONAL purchases, sale or discounted items or items purchased with a promotional certificate or coupon, jewellery and intimates are FINAL SALE.

SHIPPING RATES
 

Shipping rates below are subject to change. Please refer to the product and check out pages for correct shipping rates. Occasionally we offer free shipping to certain jurisdictions and this may be marketed in various places on the lesliejane.com website or elsewhere. There may be exceptions to free shipping offer for certain products and this exception will be noted on the individual product page.

To Canada: $19 flat rate shipping through Canada Post (3-5 business days depending on
your location) or $30 express shipping through Canada Post Express or FedEx (1-2 business
days).
 
To USA: $20 flat rate shipping through Canada Post/USPS (3-6 business days depending on
your location) or $35 Canada Post Express shipping or FedEx (1-3 business days).  

To International: We ship to destinations beyond Canada and the USA through Canada Post or in some cases DHL. $65 flat shipping is available to international destinations and is subject to change. If you do not see your destination listed upon checkout please email us at lesliejane@lesliejane.com for further assistance. Occasionally we offer free shipping above a certain order value.
 
In-Store Pickup: Free of charge. This option is available upon checkout for customers who
wish to retrieve their items from our retail locations in West Vancouver, BC, Canada.
 
International Customs Fees: Custom fees, duty charges and/or brokerage charges may
apply on shipments outside of Canada. This depends on the country of destination.
LESLIEJANE is not responsible for any additional charges incurred when goods are imported
into your country. 


By placing an order with LESLIEJANE/lesliejane.com, you acknowledge that you understand
this and that you are responsible for any such charges. Should you refuse to pay these charges,
your order will be returned to LESLIEJANE and your account will be credited according to our
return policy less any shipping and import fees associated with the return.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
 
We use a trackable shipping service for all orders placed on lesliejane.com, unless you have specified otherwise. You will receive a tracking number with the shipping confirmation notification that is automatically sent to your email when the package has been processed by us. Please allow up to 1-2 business days for your tracking information to update.

 
 
STORE CREDIT

Purchases using store credit must be made via email or over the phone at +1 (604) 922-8612. In
the event that the value of your purchase is greater than your store credit we will send you an
invoice for the remaining amount payable via PayPal or credit card.

 

GIFT CERTIFICATES

The perfect gift for any occasion, LESLIEJANE gift certificates are available for purchase at our
West Vancouver store and online.

 

LOST & DAMAGED ITEMS

Leslie Jane Inc. shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages done by any services
provided. All items are purchased at your own risk. Any damage caused during shipment is the
responsibility of the postal service/courier. Leslie Jane Inc. does not assume any responsibility
for lost or stolen items.
