Refund policy
For items purchased within Canada we will gladly offer a refund, exchange or store credit on all regularly priced merchandise return posted to us within 7 days of receipt by you. If you would like to return please first send an email to sales@lesliejane.com indicating your order number, the item(s)
you wish to send back and whether you would like to return, exchange or a store credit. If we do not provide a return authorization, your parcel may be refused and will be returned to you, at your cost. Once the returned package is received the appropriate actions will take place depending on your request. As most merchandise is seasonal, please use a postage service that ensures the package will be received at LESLIEJANE no later than 7 days from post marked date, otherwise we reserve the right to refuse the returned merchandise. LESLIEJANE is not responsible for any return items lost in transit. All return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility including any unnecessary duties or custom fees that may be incurred on a
return. Merchandise must not have been worn or damaged and all tags must be attached and in original condition. INTERNATIONAL purchases, sale or discounted items or items purchased with a promotional certificate or coupon, jewellery and intimates are FINAL SALE.
